How is your healthy Ramadan diet coming along?
This week, we’re making Pistachio Barfi using #Flavorall with Tasnim from @ibake_memories. Tasnim is a content creator living in Toronto, ON, who enjoys sharing pictures and stories of her life as a mom, foodie, traveller and anartist on her blog and Instagram page.
? Pistachio Barfi ?
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 1 cup milk powder
- 1 cup full-fat milk
- 13-15 drops of Flavorall Classic Cardamom Stevia Liquid
- ½ cup chopped pistachios
- Toppings (optional): ¼ cup chopped pistachios, rose petals
METHOD
- Melt ghee in a pot.
- Add milk powder to ghee and mix.
- Slowly add milk and whisk everything together to avoid clumps.
- Add Flavorall and chopped pistachios, and mix.
- On medium heat, continue stirring until mixture thickens.
- Pour mixture into a mould, lined with parchment paper. Spread evenly.
- Add chopped pistachios on top.
- Let it cool, and cut into cubes.
